Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 15, 2026
Last updated: August 15, 2026
Avonzi (“Avonzi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Avonzi website, currently available at avonzi.com and related Avonzi subdomains, including avonzi.prateekbatra.dev.
Avonzi is operated by an individual developer based in India and is primarily intended for users in India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, how cookies and similar technologies are used, and the choices and rights available to visitors.
Avonzi is an India-focused website. It is not currently intended to specifically target users in other countries or jurisdictions through jurisdiction-specific services, marketing, advertising, or user profiling.
The website may nevertheless be technically accessible from outside India because Avonzi does not currently use geographic blocking. Mere technical accessibility from another country does not, by itself, mean that Avonzi intentionally targets users in that country.
Where a particular privacy law applies to Avonzi or to specific processing activities, we will comply with the applicable requirements.
1. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through:
- the Avonzi website;
- Avonzi’s AI and technology news features;
- Avonzi’s job-listing and job-search features;
- search functionality;
- anonymous reactions and voting functionality;
- anonymous job-reporting functionality;
- feedback, suggestion, and feature-request forms;
- analytics and similar technologies;
- communications sent to Avonzi; and
- other services or features that expressly refer to this Privacy Policy.
Avonzi does not currently provide public user accounts, public profiles, public comments, forums, messaging, saved jobs, bookmarks, favorites, or other public social-account features.
Avonzi does maintain administrative functionality for the website. Administrative access is not a public user-account system and is not available to ordinary visitors.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites that you access through links on Avonzi. Those websites have their own privacy practices and policies.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information collected automatically
When you visit or interact with Avonzi, our infrastructure and service providers may automatically process technical and usage information, which may include:
- IP address;
- date and time of requests;
- pages and resources requested;
- referring website or URL;
- browser type and version;
- operating system;
- device type;
- network information;
- approximate geographic location derived from IP address;
- technical and diagnostic information;
- security-related information;
- information about how the website is accessed and used; and
- analytics information.
Some of this information is generated automatically by our hosting, CDN, security, analytics, and infrastructure providers.
We use this information to operate and secure the website, understand website usage, improve performance and functionality, detect abuse, investigate security incidents, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Information you voluntarily provide
Avonzi does not require an account or registration to browse or use the website.
You may nevertheless voluntarily provide information through optional features.
3.1 Feedback, suggestions, and feature requests
Avonzi may provide a feedback form through which you can submit:
- a subject; and
- feedback, suggestions, or feature requests.
If you voluntarily provide contact information when communicating with us, we may use that information to respond to you.
We use submitted feedback primarily to:
- respond to requests;
- identify problems;
- improve the website;
- consider feature requests; and
- maintain and improve Avonzi.
3.2 Job reports
Visitors may anonymously report a job listing as incorrect, outdated, or otherwise problematic.
The reporting feature may allow you to select a reason from a predefined set of options.
It does not require a public account and does not currently require free-text information.
Job reports are used internally to:
- investigate listings;
- identify outdated or inaccurate information;
- correct or remove listings;
- improve the quality of the job database; and
- maintain the website.
Job reports are not publicly displayed.
3.3 Anonymous reactions
Avonzi may provide anonymous reaction or voting functionality for content.
Such interactions may be processed for purposes including:
- understanding general engagement;
- improving content;
- improving website functionality; and
- internal analytics.
These interactions are not associated with a public user profile.
4. Search queries
Avonzi provides search functionality for jobs and AI/technology news.
When you use search, the query may be processed by our systems to return relevant results.
Search queries may also appear in technical logs or analytics systems depending on how the relevant functionality is configured.
We do not intentionally use search queries to identify individual visitors.
Please do not enter passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information into the Avonzi search function.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Avonzi uses cookies and similar technologies where necessary or appropriate for website functionality, analytics, security, and, when enabled, advertising.
These technologies may include:
- necessary or functional technologies;
- analytics technologies; and
- advertising technologies.
The exact technologies used may change as the website and its services develop.
Where applicable law requires consent for a particular technology, Avonzi will obtain the required consent before using that technology.
6. Vercel Web Analytics
Avonzi currently uses Vercel Web Analytics.
Vercel states that its Web Analytics service does not use cookies. Instead, it uses privacy-preserving techniques including a daily-reset visitor hash derived from information associated with an incoming request.
Vercel Web Analytics may process information such as:
- visited pages;
- referring pages;
- approximate location;
- operating system;
- browser;
- device information; and
- other analytics information.
The visitor identifier used by Vercel is designed to reset after approximately 24 hours.
Vercel Web Analytics is therefore disclosed as an analytics technology but is not treated as an Avonzi cookie.
For more information, users may review Vercel’s applicable privacy documentation.
7. Google Analytics
Avonzi currently uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to understand how visitors use the website.
Google Analytics may process information such as:
- page views;
- sessions;
- interactions;
- approximate geographic information;
- browser information;
- device information;
- operating-system information;
- referral information; and
- analytics identifiers.
Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies as part of its measurement functionality.
Depending on configuration and applicable law, certain information may be processed by Google in connection with Google Analytics.
Avonzi uses Google Analytics to:
- understand website traffic;
- measure website performance;
- identify technical problems;
- understand general user behavior;
- improve website functionality; and
- improve content and navigation.
Where applicable law requires consent for analytics cookies or related processing, the relevant technology will be used in accordance with the applicable consent requirements.
8. Google AdSense and advertising
Google AdSense is planned for Avonzi but is not currently active.
If and when Google AdSense is enabled, Avonzi may display advertisements supplied by Google and its advertising partners.
Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device information, and similar technologies to:
- deliver advertisements;
- measure advertising performance;
- limit repetitive advertisements;
- support contextual advertising;
- support personalized or interest-based advertising where enabled and legally permitted; and
- provide advertising measurement and reporting.
Google may process and share information according to its own Privacy Policy and applicable contractual and legal requirements.
When AdSense is enabled, Avonzi will configure its advertising and consent mechanisms according to Google’s then-current publisher requirements and applicable law.
Google requires publishers using its products to disclose relevant data collection, sharing, and usage associated with Google products, including cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers.
Users may manage Google’s personalized advertising settings through:
Google Ads Settings: adssettings.google.com
Users may also find advertising opt-out information through:
aboutads.info: optout.aboutads.info
Your Online Choices: youronlinechoices.eu
These third-party services are operated independently of Avonzi.
9. Consent management
Where applicable law requires consent for optional cookies, analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies, Avonzi will use an appropriate consent-management mechanism.
Avonzi intends to use Google’s consent-management functionality for applicable Google advertising requirements when AdSense is enabled.
Consent to optional technologies is separate from acceptance or acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy.
Accepting this Privacy Policy does not automatically constitute consent to optional cookies or advertising technologies where separate consent is legally required.
Where applicable, visitors may be provided with options to:
- accept optional technologies;
- reject optional technologies; and/or
- manage their preferences.
Where consent is required, Avonzi will respect the applicable consent state.
Visitors may also be provided with a mechanism to change or withdraw previously provided consent.
10. How we use information

11. Artificial intelligence processing
Avonzi uses third-party artificial intelligence services, including:
- Anthropic Claude; and
- Google Gemini.
These services are used through their developer/API services.
AI processing is primarily used for Avonzi’s AI and technology news functionality.
Source news material may be processed by an AI provider to generate summaries, classifications, clustering information, or related content.
Avonzi does not intentionally send visitor personal information to Claude or Gemini for the purpose of generating news summaries.
AI providers are not currently used to create public user profiles or personalize the Avonzi experience.
AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, outdated information, incorrect context, or other inaccuracies.
AI-generated news summaries are therefore provided for informational purposes and are not a substitute for the original reporting.
Where available, Avonzi provides a “Read Full Story” or equivalent link directing visitors to the original source.
Visitors should consult the original source for authoritative information.
12. Job aggregation and third-party job sources
Avonzi aggregates publicly available job opportunities.
Job information may be obtained through:
- official APIs;
- public career pages;
- publicly accessible backend endpoints that do not require authentication; and
- other publicly available sources where appropriate.
Avonzi does not intentionally bypass:
- authentication;
- paywalls;
- CAPTCHAs; or
- other access-control mechanisms.
Avonzi does not display or reproduce full third-party job descriptions.
Instead, Avonzi displays limited listing information intended to identify the opportunity and direct the visitor to the original source.
Clicking a job listing may take you directly to the employer’s or original source’s website.
Avonzi is not the employer for any job listed on the website and does not guarantee:
- that a position remains available;
- that a listing is current;
- that the employer will respond;
- that an employer will hire an applicant;
- that an application will be successful; or
- that third-party listing information is accurate or complete.
Visitors should verify job information on the original employer or source website before applying.
If you believe a job listing is inaccurate or outdated, you may report it using Avonzi’s reporting functionality or contact us.
13. Third-party services
Avonzi uses third-party providers to operate, secure, host, analyze, and improve the website.
These currently include:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Vercel | Frontend hosting and Web Analytics |
| Railway | Backend hosting and infrastructure |
| Supabase | Database and storage |
| Cloudflare | CDN, DNS, security, and network services |
| Google Analytics | Website analytics |
| Google AdSense | Advertising, when enabled |
| Anthropic | AI processing |
| Google Gemini | AI processing |
| Pexels | Source of certain images |
We may add or replace service providers where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve Avonzi.
Depending on the service, a provider may process information on our behalf as a service provider/data processor or may process information under its own independent privacy terms.
Third-party providers may process information in countries outside India.
Their processing may also be governed by their own privacy policies and contractual arrangements.
14. International accessibility and data transfers
Avonzi is operated from India and is primarily intended for users in India.
Avonzi does not currently intentionally target users in other countries or jurisdictions through:
- jurisdiction-specific services;
- jurisdiction-specific marketing;
- foreign-targeted advertising campaigns; or
- user profiling intended to target individuals in other jurisdictions.
The website may nevertheless be technically accessible from outside India because Avonzi does not currently use geographic blocking.
Mere technical accessibility from another country does not, by itself, mean that Avonzi intentionally targets users in that country.
Some third-party infrastructure and service providers used by Avonzi may process technical or other information in countries outside India.
Such processing may occur as part of providing:
- hosting;
- CDN services;
- security;
- analytics;
- databases;
- AI processing;
- advertising; or
- other infrastructure services.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international processing or transfers, Avonzi will use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational measures and will work with service providers that provide appropriate mechanisms for such processing.
Third-party providers may also process information under their own privacy policies and contractual arrangements.
If Avonzi later begins intentionally targeting users in another jurisdiction, offering jurisdiction-specific services, conducting jurisdiction-specific marketing, or materially expanding its activities outside India, Avonzi will reassess its applicable legal obligations and update this Privacy Policy and its practices where necessary.
15. India — Digital Personal Data Protection Act
Avonzi is operated from India and considers the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and applicable rules and regulations.
Where the DPDP Act applies, Avonzi may act as a Data Fiduciary in relation to personal data for which Avonzi determines the purpose and means of processing.
Under the DPDP framework, individuals may have rights including:
- obtaining information about personal data and its processing;
- correction of inaccurate or misleading personal data;
- erasure of personal data where applicable;
- withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing;
- grievance redressal; and
- nomination of another individual to exercise certain rights where permitted by law.
Where consent is required, Avonzi will seek consent in accordance with applicable requirements.
The DPDP framework also contains requirements relating to security safeguards, children’s personal data, breach notification, grievance handling, and other matters.
The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 have been notified by the Government of India and the implementation of the DPDP framework is occurring according to the applicable commencement provisions.
Avonzi will update its practices as applicable provisions become operative and as the Indian privacy framework develops.
16. European Economic Area and United Kingdom — conditional applicability
Avonzi is primarily intended for users in India and does not currently intentionally target users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom.
The website may nevertheless be technically accessible from those jurisdictions because Avonzi does not currently use geographic blocking.
Mere accessibility of the website from another jurisdiction does not necessarily establish that Avonzi is intentionally targeting individuals in that jurisdiction.
If the GDPR, UK GDPR, or another applicable European data-protection law nevertheless applies to particular processing activities, Avonzi will provide the protections required by the applicable law.
Depending on applicability, those rights may include:
- access;
- rectification;
- erasure;
- restriction of processing;
- objection;
- data portability;
- withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis; and
- the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority.
Avonzi will reassess its obligations if its activities change in a way that could bring it within the territorial scope of European data-protection law.
17. United States and California — conditional applicability
Avonzi is operated from India and is primarily intended for users in India.
Avonzi does not currently intentionally target California or other U.S. jurisdictions through jurisdiction-specific services or marketing.
The website may nevertheless be technically accessible from the United States.
U.S. state privacy laws contain different applicability thresholds and requirements. A particular law does not necessarily apply merely because a website can be accessed from that state.
If a U.S. privacy law becomes applicable to Avonzi based on its statutory requirements, Avonzi will provide the rights and mechanisms required by that law.
18. California “Shine the Light”
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, commonly known as the “Shine the Light” law, provides certain California residents with rights concerning disclosure of personal information to third parties for certain direct-marketing purposes.
Avonzi does not currently disclose personal information to third parties for those third parties’ independent direct-marketing purposes in the manner contemplated by that law.
If you have questions regarding this matter, please contact us using the information below.
19. Legal bases for processing where GDPR applies
Where GDPR applies to particular processing, Avonzi may rely on different legal bases depending on the processing activity.
These may include:
Consent
Where applicable law requires consent, including certain optional:
- analytics cookies;
- advertising cookies;
- personalized advertising; and
- other tracking technologies.
Legitimate interests
Where appropriate, including activities such as:
- website security;
- fraud and abuse prevention;
- maintaining infrastructure;
- diagnosing technical problems;
- protecting the website; and
- establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
Legal obligations
Where processing is necessary to comply with an applicable legal obligation.
Other lawful bases
Where applicable, Avonzi may rely on another lawful basis recognized by the relevant law.
The legal basis for one processing activity does not automatically determine the legal basis for another.
20. Data retention
Avonzi retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose of processing. Examples include:
| Information | General retention approach |
|---|---|
| Security and traffic logs | Retained according to applicable legal, security, and operational requirements |
| Consent records | Retained as necessary to demonstrate and administer consent and as required by applicable law |
| Feedback | Retained while necessary to respond or act upon the submission and for a reasonable period afterward |
| Job reports | Retained while necessary to investigate and resolve the report and for a reasonable period afterward |
| Anonymous reactions | Retained while useful for operational or analytical purposes |
| Analytics information | Retained according to the applicable analytics configuration and retention settings |
| News and job data | Retained as reasonably necessary to operate the website and maintain operational records |
Where applicable law requires retention, Avonzi may retain information for the required period even where deletion has otherwise been requested.
21. Security
Avonzi uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, loss, or destruction.
Depending on the system involved, these measures may include:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption;
- access controls;
- authenticated administrative access;
- protection of API keys and other secrets;
- infrastructure security controls;
- Cloudflare security and network protection;
- database access controls;
- monitoring and logging;
- dependency and software maintenance; and
- backups and recovery procedures where appropriate.
No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
If Avonzi becomes aware of a personal-data breach that requires notification under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, contain, mitigate, and notify affected individuals or authorities as required.
22. Disclosure for legal and security reasons
Avonzi may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law;
- comply with a court order or lawful governmental request;
- investigate fraud or abuse;
- investigate or respond to security incidents;
- enforce our Terms of Service or other policies;
- protect Avonzi, users, or other persons;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or
- respond to legitimate copyright, intellectual-property, or other legal complaints.
Where legally permitted, we will consider the scope and necessity of information requested.
23. Third-party websites and links
Avonzi contains links to third-party websites, including:
- original news publishers;
- employers;
- career websites;
- job sources;
- technology companies; and
- other external websites.
When you click a third-party link, you leave Avonzi.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their:
- privacy practices;
- cookies;
- content;
- security;
- data processing; or
- terms and conditions.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policy and terms of any third-party website before providing personal information.
24. Copyright and content sources
Avonzi links to original sources for news stories and job opportunities where applicable.
For AI news, Avonzi may transform source reporting into summaries and provides a link to the original story.
Avonzi does not claim ownership of third-party reporting, trademarks, logos, or other third-party intellectual property merely because such material is referenced or linked on Avonzi.
If you believe material appearing on Avonzi infringes your intellectual-property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the relevant material and explain the basis of your complaint.
25. AI-generated content disclaimer
Avonzi uses AI systems to generate summaries of AI and technology news.
AI-generated content may contain:
- factual errors;
- omissions;
- outdated information;
- incorrect context;
- incorrect attribution; or
- other unintended inaccuracies.
AI-generated summaries are provided for informational purposes only.
They are not a substitute for the original reporting, professional advice, or independent verification.
Where available, Avonzi provides a link to the original source so visitors can review the underlying reporting.
26. Job listing disclaimer
Job information displayed on Avonzi is aggregated from third-party sources and may become outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate.
A job may have been:
- filled;
- removed;
- changed;
- relocated;
- closed;
- duplicated; or
- otherwise become unavailable.
Avonzi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, availability, or suitability of any job listing.
Avonzi is not the employer and does not participate in hiring decisions.
Users should verify the position and application information on the original employer or source website before applying.
27. Children’s privacy
Avonzi is not directed toward children.
Avonzi does not knowingly seek to create accounts or profiles for children and does not provide public user accounts or registration.
We do not intentionally collect children’s personal data for the purpose of creating child user profiles.
Where applicable law provides additional protections for children’s personal data, Avonzi will comply with those requirements.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Avonzi in a manner that should not have occurred, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
28. Do Not Track and other privacy signals
Avonzi does not currently rely on browser Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals as a standalone mechanism for determining consent.
Where applicable law requires Avonzi to recognize a legally applicable privacy signal, we will implement or update our systems as required.
Where provided, the Avonzi consent-management mechanism is the primary method for managing optional analytics and advertising technologies.
29. Your privacy rights
Your rights depend on where you live and which privacy laws apply to you.
India
Where the DPDP Act applies, you may have the rights described in Section 15 of this Privacy Policy.
Other jurisdictions
If another privacy law applies to you or to particular processing activities, you may have additional rights under that law.
Because Avonzi is primarily intended for users in India and does not intentionally target users in other jurisdictions, foreign privacy laws are addressed on a conditional applicability basis rather than being represented as automatically applying to every visitor who can technically access the website.
30. Exercising your privacy rights
If you have a privacy request, question, or complaint, contact us using the contact information provided below.
Depending on the nature of your request, we may need sufficient information to determine what information relates to you.
Because Avonzi does not provide public user accounts, we generally do not maintain large user profiles associated with account IDs.
We will avoid collecting unnecessary information solely for the purpose of processing a privacy request.
Where required by applicable law, we will respond to valid privacy requests within the applicable statutory timeframe.
31. Privacy complaints and grievances
If you have a privacy complaint or grievance, please contact us using the information below.

32. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Changes may be necessary because of:
- changes to Avonzi’s features;
- changes to our service providers;
- changes to analytics or advertising technologies;
- changes in applicable law;
- changes to our data-processing practices;
- security developments; or
- changes to the geographic audience or targeting of the website.
When material changes are made, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
The updated Privacy Policy will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
You should periodically review this Privacy Policy to remain informed about how Avonzi handles information.
33. Changes that may require reassessment
Avonzi’s current privacy practices are based on its present architecture and intended audience.
We will reassess our privacy and compliance obligations if we materially change the website, including if we:
- intentionally target users outside India;
- begin jurisdiction-specific marketing;
- introduce user accounts;
- introduce public profiles;
- introduce personalization or user profiling;
- introduce a newsletter or marketing-email program;
- introduce payments;
- introduce a public API;
- introduce public comments or forums;
- materially change advertising practices;
